The service

Seraph is a private AI workspace. Features, availability and response times vary. After an idle period the first reply can take several minutes while the model gets ready, and Heavy and vision modes are slower than Fast chat.

Your account and fair use

• Give accurate account information and keep your credentials to yourself.
• Don't abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use Seraph for unlawful activity.
• Daily message, Heavy and export limits apply according to your plan.

Plans and billing

Free plan limits are published on the website. Pro is billed monthly at the advertised price in Brazilian reais through Stripe. You can cancel yourself in the billing portal, and access returns to Free when the subscription ends. Local currency presentation may apply at checkout.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you submit. You give us a limited licence to process it for the sole purpose of providing the service. Model output can be wrong, so how you use it is your call and your responsibility.

Disclaimer

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damage arising from use of Seraph.
