Seraph is a private AI workspace at seraph-agent.com, with the application at beta.seraph-agent.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email, password hash and current plan.
• What the product needs to run: the messages you send, session metadata and your daily usage counters.
• Billing identifiers from Stripe. Card details stay with Stripe; we only store customer and subscription IDs.
• Basic technical logs such as IP address, timestamps and errors, for security and reliability.

How we use it

To sign you in, run the requests you make, apply your plan limits, process payment, send transactional email such as address verification, and keep the service secure. We do not use your conversations to advertise to you.

Who else touches it

We do not sell personal data. We rely on processors for hosting, email delivery, payments (Stripe) and the model inference needed to answer your requests. Each one receives only what that job requires.

How long we keep it

Account and session data stay while your account is active. You can request deletion by writing to support. Some billing records are kept longer where the law requires it.
